Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact me at anna@annaileby.com to receive instructions on how to return the product. You can also use our withdrawal form (click here).

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of both the return shipping and the original shipping fee.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in unchanged condition.

If your return concerns a defective product, I will of course cover the cost of the return shipping.
