If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact me at anna@annaileby.com to receive instructions on how to return the product. Please note that if you cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the cost of both the return shipping and the original shipping fee.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in unchanged condition.

If your return concerns a defective product, I will of course cover the cost of the return shipping.
